I may be charged by tesco online dvd rental due to returning dvd a day late? Help!?

Ye basically due to incompetent postal service I will be charged as the dvds rented will not arrive back in time to cancel by subscription before the free trial ends. (2 weeks) Is there anyway I could avoid getting charged then they will forget about it because they recieve the dvds like a day later?

I was thinking about withdrawing all the money from my debit card (which is only like £50) and then they can't take the money off me, then will resolve by emails. Will this cause problems? Thanks

i am afraid that this is a lesson of learning for your life..... sadly in this day of age , unless you have hard evidence like proof of posting) or registered delivery ..same sort of thing ) or proof via email on hard drive or recording of phone calls ...like they do to you!.B***rds, then you will simply end up paying more and more through interest ,debt reclaiming agencies etc , court fines .


Its not a judgment apon you , its just the way the world is starting to work .. To think that Tesco`s care about their customers is a joke , its how they make their money (same as most big companies) ... Just pay up and look big and maybe get yur revenge back apon them another day.
