Resolved Question
I'm an in-house landlady and need to know what the best/reasonable home insurance provider is?
Is there any difference between 'landlord' insurance and a contents only policy? What should I look out for?
Thanks

JonesTheMiner, Home insurance covers lots of different things. I'm not familiar with all the fine print of my homeowners policy, but my homeowners insurance agent is always helpful. Try contacting your agent or a homeowners agent in your area. http://www.easyhomeinsuranceguide.com They will be able to help you.

- A landlord policy means you own the home and rent it out. It is really called a Rental Dwelling Policy (RDP).
A contents only policy is called renters insurance. It does not cover the building. It covers contents and some other stuff.0% 0 Votes - Get the answer from an expert, visit an insurance brokers shop-- find nearest one in yellow pages or any high street.0% 0 Votes
- homeinsurance.awardspace.us - try this one. Got my home insurance from them. As I know they provide such a service.40% 2 Votes
