Claimed replacement phone on insurance as lost but now found old phone.. What to do.?

Having lost my mobile the other week and claiming a replacement on my vodafone insurance. My lost phone turned up. The sim was barred but the phone will work with another sim so if I reuse the old phone will vodafone know?

Any help appreciated.

the old phone has a unique ESN/MEID number & yes, they will know if you use it because of the unique ID

I would recommend contacting them & asking them what they want you to do.. return the new phone or return your old phone

• Well you should tell voda, because otherwise its fraud. If when you reported your phone as lost you told them the IMIE number then they would know its in use. If they do not know the IMIE number then they wouldnt know.
